What we do
We provide independent valuations of residential, commercial, development and specialised property across Australia, for tax, transfers, super, family law, estates, lending decisions, disputes and commercial transactions.
How we work
- Qualified valuers do the valuing. Every valuation is carried out and signed by a qualified property valuer, registered or licensed where the state requires it. Their name and qualifications appear on your report.
- Technology does the paperwork. Online ordering, payment, document collection, evidence gathering, workflow and report production are handled by our platform, so the valuer’s time goes into the valuation. Technology does not value your property.
- Prices are published. Standard valuations have fixed fees shown before you pay. Complex work receives a fixed quote before anything is charged.
- Independence is not negotiable. We do not sell property, earn commission or act for a side. Before we accept an engagement we check for conflicts of interest.

We do not run shopfront offices. Valuers inspect properties where they are, and everything else happens online and by phone.
