Only if the property is materially different from what you told us, for example a prestige, heritage-listed or multi-dwelling property ordered as a standard home. We tell you before the inspection and you can accept the revised fee or cancel for a full refund.
Never. Add-ons such as an additional valuation date, urgent turnaround or a rental assessment are only included if you choose them, and the total is shown before you pay.
Their scope varies too much for one price: leases, tenancies, planning and feasibility all change the work involved. You receive a fixed quote before anything is charged.
